Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Customer Service Excellence – Be the friendly expert clients trust for advice and support.

• Detailed Record Keeping – Log service visits, test results, and repairs accurately.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• NZ Level 3 qualification or 3+ years of hands-on experience in pool/spa maintenance and repair.
• Solid understanding of pool and spa systems, plumbing, electrical components, and water chemistry.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical capability to lift and move equipment and perform manual tasks.
• A valid NZ Driver’s Licence.
