Residential Construction Project Manager

Salary: Competitive - $70k+, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview: Aqua Blue Pools is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end residential pool projects, ensuring each project is completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Provide leadership and supervision to crews and subcontractors. Coordinate daily operations, job performance, and site management.

Pre-Construction Planning: Perform thorough reviews of construction plans for accuracy and feasibility. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and documentation. Set and communicate clear expectations to homeowners regarding timelines, budget, and scope.

Construction & Execution: Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Identify and resolve construction issues promptly to maintain project timelines.

Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestone completion. Regularly communicate project timelines and updates to homeowners, crews, and subcontractors. Conduct periodic reviews to track progress and proactively address potential delays.

Budget & Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses. Document and manage budget adjustments and approvals effectively.

Customer Service & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring clear and timely communication. Conduct final walk-throughs, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth project handoffs. Address punch list items, warranty concerns, and any customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications: Proven experience managing residential construction projects. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving and issue resolution skills. Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets. Hands-on leadership style and commitment to excellence.
