Weinstein Properties is based out of Richmond, VA and has communities throughout VA, NC, TN, TX and GA.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>We are currently seeking a M<strong>aintenance Porter</strong> to help with property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance at the following location:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Duluth, GA</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>PAY: $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses. This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule. Birthday is a paid day off!&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds a plus.&nbsp;<br><br>Job Duties Include:<br>• Daily Grounds Pick up<br>• Exterior Maintenance - paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas<br>• Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities<br>• Clean Swimming Pool<br>• Preventative Maintenance</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Weinstein Properties offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a 401k.
