About the role
<p>At Fractal, we launch and support vertical SaaS startups that deliver specialized solutions across industries. Numerous Fractal startups are experiencing rapid growth and are actively hiring sales professionals, including <strong>Founding Account Executives. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Role Overview:</strong> We’re looking for driven and results-oriented Founding Account Executives to <strong>join one of our post-seed vertical SaaS startups</strong>. You’ll be instrumental in building the sales function, from developing strategies to closing deals and scaling the company to their first $1M in revenue.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Customer Acquisition:</strong> Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing new business. These roles will be predominantly focused on out-bounding as the primary pipeline generation channel. </li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="1"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Process Development: </strong>Refine sales processes and best practices, building on V1 of a sales playbook.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="1"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Relationship Building:</strong> Cultivate relationships with key prospects, customers, and industry leaders.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with the founders and founding team. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven sales track record, preferably in SaaS or startup environments.</li>
<li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong sales skills, ability to build relationships, and close deals.</li>
<li><strong>Grit:</strong> Resilient and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced startup.</li>
<li><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Familiarity with vertical SaaS solutions and their benefits.</li>
