<p><strong>Portfolio Manager with French </strong></p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Portfolio Manager with 10+ years of experience</strong> to oversee and optimize the full portfolio of Xebia services delivered to our key client based in Paris, France. This role focuses on strategic alignment, value realization, and long-term portfolio growth, ensuring that all initiatives collectively drive the client’s business outcomes and strengthen the partnership with Xebia.</p>
<p>You will work closely with Xebia leadership, Delivery Managers, Global Client Partner, service line & CoE leaders, and the client to ensure cohesive portfolio governance, prioritization, and continuous value delivery across regions.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Portfolio & Client Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>own and govern the <strong>end-to-end service portfolio</strong> across all regions where Xebia supports the client,</li>
<li>act as the <strong>primary strategic interface</strong> for portfolio-related discussions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives,</li>
<li>collaborate with C-level stakeholders to <strong>define portfolio priorities, roadmaps, and investment areas,</strong></li>
<li>lead global governance, including <strong>portfolio reporting, performance reviews, and strategic planning cycles,</strong></li>
<li>establish and monitor <strong>value-driven KPIs, outcomes, and success metrics</strong> across the portfolio,</li>
<li>ensure visibility of <strong>innovation, transformation, and measurable business impact,</strong></li>
<li>identify and drive <strong>portfolio expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)</strong> in collaboration with the Global Client Partner.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Strategic Portfolio Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>build and execute a <strong>global portfolio strategy</strong>, positioning Xebia as a long-term transformation partner,</li>
<li>continuously <strong>assess portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and ROI,</strong></li>
<li>drive <strong>portfolio optimization</strong>, including prioritization, rationalization, and scaling of initiatives,</li>
<li>support large deals and strategic initiatives by ensuring <strong>alignment with overall portfolio goals,</strong></li>
<li>lead transformation toward <strong>outcome-based, value-driven delivery models.</strong></li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Internal Collaboration & Governance</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>partner with Delivery Managers across regions (Poland, India, Netherlands, etc.) to ensure <strong>alignment and synergy across initiatives,</strong></li>
<li>work closely with the Global Client Partner to ensure <strong>consistent communication and strategy execution,</strong></li>
<li>collaborate with CoEs and service lines to <strong>align capabilities with evolving portfolio needs,</strong></li>
<li>engage with presales, architects, and consulting teams to <strong>shape new initiatives within the portfolio,</strong></li>
<li>oversee <strong>resource strategy at portfolio level</strong>, ensuring scalability and efficiency,</li>
<li>report portfolio health and performance in <strong>internal governance forums</strong>, including risks and escalations.</li>
</ul>

<li>strong ability to <strong>build and scale trusted relationships</strong> across complex organizations,</li>
<li>skilled at balancing <strong>client value and company objectives,</strong></li>
<li>proven experience working with <strong>multi-regional, distributed teams,</strong></li>
<li>global mindset with no bias toward specific regions or service lines,</li>
<li>native-level French and advanced English required,</li>
<li>Experience working with French clients and understanding local business culture.</li>

<p><strong>Commercial & Strategic Thinking</strong></p>

<li>strong commercial acumen with ability to <strong>translate business strategy into portfolio initiatives,</strong></li>
<li>ability to engage in <strong>high-level strategic discussions</strong>, including innovation and emerging technologies,</li>
<li>experience managing <strong>portfolio growth, budgeting, and value realization.</strong></li>

<p><strong>Portfolio Management Expertise</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>extensive experience managing <strong>complex portfolios or large-scale programs</strong> for global clients,</li>
<li>strong understanding of <strong>dependencies, governance models, and cross-stream coordination,</strong></li>
<li>ability to oversee both <strong>business and technical domains,</strong></li>
<li>experience in financial services, payments, or engagement domains is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<li>based in Paris, France, with frequent presence at the client’s office in Issy-les-Moulineaux,</li>
<li>willingness to travel across Xebia locations and client sites globally.</li>
