Portuguese Player support specialist for gaming department in Sofia Bulgaria

Mercier Consultancy is excited to invite applications for the role of Portuguese Player Support Specialist in our gaming department based in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this position, you will be the main support contact for our Portuguese-speaking gaming community, ensuring they receive outstanding assistance and a seamless gaming experience.

As a Player Support Specialist, you will respond to player inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and foster a friendly and supportive environment. We seek individuals who are passionate about gaming and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with our players.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to Portuguese-speaking players via email, chat, and social media
• Address technical issues, gameplay questions, and account-related inquiries
• Document all player interactions and support issues accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Work with other teams to resolve complex player inquiries effectively
• Gather and communicate player feedback to the development team for continuous improvement
• Create a positive and engaging community experience for players
• Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and developments relevant to our products

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in player support or customer-facing roles is an asset
• A strong passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is a bonus
