Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content within the gaming and e-sports community in Portuguese
• Evaluate and ensure that all content submissions and player interactions comply with community guidelines
• Engage with players through forums and chat platforms, providing assistance and addressing their concerns
• Identify and escalate inappropriate behavior or content as needed
• Collaborate with team members to enhance user experiences and community engagement
• Remain informed about the latest gaming trends and e-sports news for effective moderation
• Help promote a respectful and inclusive online environment for all players

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong familiarity with gaming and e-sports culture
• Experience in content moderation or community management is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
