Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Portuguese to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Classify and evaluate content accurately based on established policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user behavior to support moderation improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes.
• Stay current with company policies and moderation best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
