About the role
Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Portuguese-speaking Customer Experience Specialist for their Valencia office.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through multiple communication channels, providing outstanding support, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by offering the right solutions with professionalism and empathy.
This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your Role
Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
Provide personalized support by listening, understanding, and addressing customer concerns
Offer guidance and solutions, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction levels
Identify customer needs and escalate process improvement suggestions internally
Strive to meet and exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity
Maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering impactful experiences
Your Requirements
Fluent Portuguese (C1) and proficient English (B2)
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or financial services is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong listening and empathy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
Tech-savvy, familiar with Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tools
Passion for customer experience, always prioritizing the customer’s needs
