Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for SaaS Company - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading SaaS company, based in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide top-notch support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our software solutions and services.

Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you guide customers through our platform, helping them resolve issues and understand how to maximize their use of our software. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the growth of our services in the Portuguese-speaking market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat for software-related inquiries
• Assist clients with onboarding, product features, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with the technical support team to resolve complex inquiries
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services
• Stay informed about industry trends and new product development
• Provide training and support for customers to enhance their experience with our software solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related environment, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in technology and helping customers achieve their business goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools is an advantage
