Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous customer service or customer solutions experience is preferred.
