Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for Portuguese-speaking clients, providing customized customer solutions that meet their unique needs and foster long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to Portuguese-speaking customers
• Assess client needs and deliver customized solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and resolutions
• Identify and recommend improvements based on client feedback
• Assist with client onboarding and training processes
• Stay informed about company services, products, and market developments

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly specified in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solution-driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation costs covered
