In this key role, you will provide high-quality support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with technical inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese
• Assist customers with technical questions, product usage, and troubleshooting
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Provide timely and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and company policies
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology sector
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
• Proficiency with customer support software and tools
