Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Portuguese-Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our dedicated team in Greece. In this role, you will ensure that AI-generated content complies with safety guidelines and ethical standards, helping to create a secure and trustworthy digital environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with generative AI content.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review AI-generated content in Portuguese for harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material.
• Ensure compliance with trust and safety policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with AI developers, policy makers, and moderation teams to enhance content safety protocols.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain content accuracy and ethical compliance.
• Analyze trends and prepare reports on content safety and emerging risks.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote responsible AI use and awareness.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI-related roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of generative AI technologies and associated challenges is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High ethical standards and commitment to responsible AI deployment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a fast-paced environment.
