About the role
Workster is partnering with a global leader in healthcare to recruit a Portuguese-speaking Medical Customer Specialist.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for consumers seeking support for a leading healthcare brand. If you are passionate about helping others, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, this is the role for you!
Your Role
- Act as the face of the brand, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related concerns.
- Use active listening and conversational leadership skills to understand consumer issues efficiently and accurately.
- Offer empathetic support, especially for sensitive or complex customer cases.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and understand consumer expectations for each category.
- Share ideas and contribute to improving the quality of services provided, making a positive impact on the team’s growth.
- Help build a supportive team environment by mentoring colleagues and contributing to team development.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) and good command of English.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer experience centers is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with basic computer skills.
- Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
- High school education or equivalent required.
