Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Portuguese to ensure adherence to community standards and company policies.
• Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and messages in Portuguese.

• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content strategy and community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally handle sensitive content.
