This position involves reviewing and managing content generated by users to ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for Portuguese-speaking communities. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content in Portuguese across the social media platform.
• Ensure content complies with community guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
• Identify and escalate issues such as harmful, inappropriate, or violating content to relevant teams.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve content moderation processes and policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the online community experience.
• Stay informed on updates in company policies and moderation best practices.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
• A minimum English fluency of B2 is required.
• Previous experience in content moderation or related roles, preferably on social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with consistent application of moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally.
• Familiarity with social media and content management tools is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to living and working in Greece.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a global team.
