This role is suited for individuals passionate about the video streaming industry and skilled at delivering exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless streaming experience by providing prompt and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat, addressing various inquiries related to video streaming services.
• Support customers with account management, subscription issues, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video streaming product information, features, and promotions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance service quality and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese language skills (spoken and written) are required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in video streaming or related technology sectors.
• Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting video streaming platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
