We are looking for a POS Operations Support Coordinator to support the daily operations of our POS Service team.
The role focuses on ensuring smooth processes, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure SLA compliance and track performance metrics
- Analyze data and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate and communicate across teams
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Support internal communication and team efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in operations or service coordination
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (BI/reporting tools are a plus)
