About the role
<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>We are looking to hire an experienced Power Analyst/Trader to help us price and execute trades in the power markets, develop models for cross-commodity correlations and relationships, simulate returns of various strategies in the power markets, and find ways to improve our existing desk strategies.</p>
<h3>About You</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of analyst experience in power markets</li>
<li>Highly analytical thinker and proficient in probability and statistics</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Eager to learn, adaptive, responsible</li>
<li>Coding skills are preferred</li>
</ul>
