You are exceptional at several things, yet willing to take on efforts in areas of weakness.   Required Qualifications  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related ABET-accredited discipline  </li> <li>5+ years of experience in power converter or electrical power system development  </li> <li>Proficiency in designing and testing of 1-10 kW power systems  </li> <li>Familiarity with power system packaging, integration, and testing for space environments  </li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams  </li> <li>Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities  </li> </ul> Bonus Points For  <ul> <li>Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field  </li> <li>Experience with fault-tolerant design and FMECA for safety-critical systems  </li> <li>Background working in configuration-controlled or safety-critical aerospace environments  </li> <li>Prior experience with spacecraft electrical power systems (e.g., solar arrays, batteries, power distribution, or power electronics) </li> </ul> Compensation and Benefits Your level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the considerations of job-related knowledge and skills, education, and direct experience.
