We are seeking a skilled and motivated PowerBI Developer to join our Analytics & Data department within the IT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PowerBI reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and PowerApp development teams, and a deep understanding of data visualization standards such as IBCS.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to capture requirements

• Align with PowerApp development teams on data structures and integrations

• Implement PowerBI reports based on requirements in line with Accelleron reporting standard (based on IBCS)

• Document solutions

• Hand over PowerBI reports to business owners for maintenance

• Support business power users in building and maintaining PowerBI reports

• Maintain reports in line with our governance processes

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field

• Proven experience in PowerBI development and report creation

• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and IBCS standards

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with data modeling, manipulation, and analytics

• Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and other relevant programming languages is a plus
