PR Senior Account Executive - Tech & Corporate

PLUG is an award-winning independent Marketing and Communications Agency based in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. We are looking for a Public Relations Senior Account Executive with at least 2 years of relevant PR experience in tech and corporate comms, and good media and influencer relations. The right candidate will be bilingual with native-level proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese (Traditional Chinese) and great business level English language. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Account Executive role. 

 

A PR Senior Account Executive at PLUG takes responsibility for delivering campaigns against set objectives, plays a significant role in the day-to-day execution of that campaign to achieve KPIs, works closely with senior team members and all external stakeholders.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Media and influencer relations;
• Management of projects and client campaigns;
• Attending regular client and team meetings, ensuring key assigned milestones are met and projects are being delivered;
• Day-to-day client liaison;
• Compilation of media lists and databases; 
• Writing evaluation and coverage reports;
• Presenting selected campaigns or status updates in client meetings;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent media (especially with local news desks) and influencer relationships in Hong Kong;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a PR agency with media pitching experience in tech/corporate sectors;
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Good writing skill and experience in creative writing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good project management ability;
• Effective research skills;
• Good attention to detail;
• Positive and professional attitude;
• Experience using AI tools, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software;
