Lead practitioner - Child Protection - West Midlands

<p>Liquid personnel are currently recruiting for a Lead practitioner to join a multi-agency child protection team on a permanent basis in the west midlands.</p> <p>If you are looking to take the next step in your career, then this could be the perfect role for you.</p> <p><strong>Main duties </strong></p> <p>As a Lead Practitioner you will be the example of good practice within the team, you will provide consultation, oversight and supervision across the team. Your main duties will include:</p> <ul> <li>Take the lead in CP and strategy meetings</li> <li>Have oversight of s.47 enquiries and child protection plans</li> <li>Lead CP conferences</li> <li>Lead reflective and group supervision with the team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits of the role</strong></p> <p>You will be joining an Ofsted rated ‘GOOD’ authority going through a period of change allowing you to make your own mark on the orle and offer plenty of opportunity to develop within the authority.
