<p><strong>Salary up to £44,428. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Duties will Include:</strong></p>
<p>Within the Family Safeguarding team, you will adopt a pioneering model of social work, involving multi-disciplinary teams. As a Senior Practitioner you will use your specialist knowledge to take lead on complex cases.</p>
<ul>
<li>Support planning and safeguarding within statutory procedures and knowledge of relevant legal obligations.</li>
<li>Manage an allocated caseload to provide specialist support.</li>
<li>Make recommendations on improvements for the overall team and service.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Frontline experience in a safeguarding team at senior level.</li>
<li>Social work degree and Social Work England registered (SWE).</li>
<li>Previous experience in leading less experienced staff.</li>
</ul>
