<p>Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Fostering Team based in Southend.</p>
<p>As a Senior Practitioner in the Fostering Team you will be managing complex and sensitive cases while providing expert guidance and professional consultation to colleagues and partner agencies.</p>
<p>This is a perfect opportunity for an established social worker to flourish in a Ofsted rated GOOD local authority.</p>

<p><strong>Essential requirements:<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Social Work England registration</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the UK</li>
<li>Hold a full UK licence</li>
<li>Degree level or equivalent in Social Work</li>
<li>Completed your ASYE</li>
<li>Evidence of continuing professional development including management skills training, knowledge of fostering regulations and national minimum standards.
