About the role
As an Allure Behavioral Health Services Master of Social Work (MSW) pre-licensed clinician you will conduct client intakes, provide counseling and case management, advocate for vulnerable populations, and maintain clinical documentation.
Core Responsibilities
- Assessments: Conducting psychosocial assessments, evaluating client needs, and creating individualized treatment plans.
- Direct Practice: Providing individual, family, and group therapy or supportive psychoeducation.
- Case Management: Connecting clients with community resources, coordinating care with medical or school personnel, and tracking progress.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate client records and entering data into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems within strict turnaround times.
- Advocacy & Outreach: Assisting marginalized populations, participating in community outreach, and analyzing or developing social policies.
- Supervision: Actively participating in weekly supervisory meetings, case reviews, and ongoing agency training.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Status: Active enrollment in an accredited MSW program.
- Time Commitment: 16 to 24 hours per week, per academic year depending on university guidelines.
- Background Checks: Successful clearance of state (BCI) and federal (FBI) background checks, along with required health screenings or fingerprinting.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, time management, the ability to maintain professional boundaries, and a commitment to anti-racist, equitable, and inclusive practice.
