Our clients come to us in the aftermath of tragic accidents, seeking not just legal representation, but a beacon of hope for their future.</p> <p><strong>Purpose: </strong>We are seeking a motivated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate the claims process. The Pre-Litigation Attorney will manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake to settlement.&nbsp; This includes communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters, evaluating liability and damages, and negotiating settlements that maximize client recovery.</p> <p>This is an in-person position based in our new <strong>Nashville </strong>office. Compensation for this position includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience, performance-based discretionary bonus, and benefits.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage all aspects of personal injury claims during the pre-litigation phase.</li> <li>Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and guidance.</li> <li>Review police reports, medical records, and other documentation to evaluate case value.</li> <li>Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence.</li> <li>Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation.</li> <li>Coordinate with medical providers regarding client treatment and billing.</li> <li>Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in the case management system.</li> <li>Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases move efficiently.</li> <li>Prepare cases for litigation if settlement is not achieved.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.</li> <li>Licensed to practice law in Alabama and in good standing with the Alabama Bar.</li> <li>1–3+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred (pre-litigation focus preferred).</li> <li>Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and time management skills.</li> <li>Compassionate and client-focused attitude.</li> <li>Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.</li> <li>Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Needles, Litify, etc.) is a plus.</li> </ul> <p></p>
