About the role

The Pre-Production Coordinator is the central nervous system for the parts that build every Allied Maker fixture. Servicing the entire company from our core catalog of components, this role owns the accurate interpretation of bills of materials, the skilled pulling of parts from inventory, and the smooth handoff of those parts to downstream departments - metal finishing, glass, wood, electrical, assembly, and custom. It takes technical know-how, an eye for detail, and genuine discernment about parts and materials to do this job well.

Ability to read and understand a bill of materials and simple mechanical drawings.

Physically able to stand, walk, climb a ladder, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the day.

Reliable, organized, and team-oriented; willing to be flexible as priorities shift.
