About the role
What Impact you can bring
- Deliver tailored software demonstrations that speak directly to a prospect's world
- Build custom reports, dashboards and documents that show CMap in the context of their business
- Advise on best practices for core business processes, positioning yourself as a genuine partner
- Collaborate with reps, sales leadership and onboarding on deal strategy and tactics
- Own the trial experience — enabling prospects, running process calls, and managing multiple stakeholders with confidence
- Identify and produce self-serve assets that let reps move faster with less support
- Act as the voice of the prospect internally — collaborating with Customer Success, Product and Marketing to shape content and knowledge
- Own and continuously improve demo environments so they represent CMap at its very best
