Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Design and build complete, tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
Identify appropriate products and services that best address customer issues.
Present and position solutions clearly and confidently to customers and stakeholders.
Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure alignment and progress.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive opportunities forward and close deals.
Provide consultative support and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure solutions deliver measurable value to customers.
5–10 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong educational background.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions.
Well-organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Professional presence and ability to engage confidently with clients.
Experience managing customer engagements and following through on opportunities.
