You’ll work at the intersection of customers, partners, and product, helping define how modern IT infrastructure is designed, deployed, and scaled.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and enjoys turning complex, real-world problems into simple, scalable solutions. You’ll work across Ubiquiti’s expanding ecosystem—including routing, switching, security, SD-WAN, cameras, and access control—partnering with enterprise customers, MSPs, and internal teams to design architectures and influence product direction. This is not a traditional, script-driven sales engineering role. You’ll be expected to operate with autonomy, challenge assumptions, and contribute to how UniFi evolves—not just how it’s sold.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own problem discovery and design scalable solutions across networking and physical security, even when requirements are unclear</li> <li>Create presentations, demos, and training content that translate complex systems into clear, compelling narratives</li> <li>Translate customer and partner needs into structured, actionable feedback that informs product direction</li> <li>Scale the Partner Program by onboarding new MSPs/SIs and growing existing partners through repeatable, high-quality deployments</li> <li>Support both inbound opportunities and proactive outbound engagement with high-potential customers and partners</li> <li>Build and maintain lab environments to test, validate, and refine real-world solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>Routing</strong>, <strong>Switching</strong>, and <strong>SD-WAN</strong> is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Embraces AI and LLMs to scale learning, problem-solving, and creative output efficiently</li> <li>Clear communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences</li> <li>Strategic and systems-oriented thinker who can connect individual problems to broader patterns and solutions</li> <li>Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while engaging with a high volume of customers and partners</li> <li>Up to 10% travel required for trade shows, events, and on-site projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Latest Ubiquiti gear to build and maintain a home lab</li> <li>Fully paid, high-coverage medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Opportunity to directly influence products used by millions worldwide</li> <li>Flexible, hybrid work environment</li> </ul> <p>Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
