About the role
We’re seeking Prep Cooks to join us this summer in beautiful Banff! Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues and counting. All our venues are unique in their own right, but have a few things in common: 1. They are all located in downtown Banff. 2. Serve amazing food and beverage 3. What You'll do:
- Preparing ingredients, ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members as required

- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required
