About the role

What You'll Do

  • Lead the technical sales narrative — challenging customer thinking, building conviction, and articulating why our approach wins.
  • Design tailored IT solutions using the company’s full portfolio of services.
  • Deliver impactful technical presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-value, supporting bids, RFPs and tenders with commercially aligned proposals.
  • Collaborate with sales, architecture and delivery teams to ensure solutions are viable, scalable, profitable and aligned with business strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, capturing lessons learned, and staying current with emerging technologies and partner offerings.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a pre-sales, solutions consultant, or technical account management role within an MSP or IT services provider.
  • Broad understanding of managed IT services, Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity solutions and transformation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience creating and delivering professional proposals and solution documentation.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving business challenges through technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
