As a Press- and Internal Lacquering Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Your tasks include preparing materials, setting up and operating equipment, continuously checking product quality, and accurately documenting results. You will also participate in basic maintenance and cleaning activities while contributing to minimizing scrap and ensuring smooth production flow.
Adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene regulations is essential, along with precise and responsible work.
Requirements:
Minimum primary education (technical/mechanical qualification is an advantage)
Basic technical aptitude and interest
Accuracy and attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team
Willingness to work in shifts
