About the role
We’re hiring the lead price and proposal analyst supporting a high-priority DoD program office at Eglin AFB. This is the government-side evaluation seat: you analyze the price proposals that contractors submit, develop the program’s negotiation positions, and act as the central coordination point for every proposal that comes into the program — tracking, routing, and shepherding each one through evaluation to award.
We’re specifically looking for someone who has led price proposals from the industry side — at a prime or supplier — and can bring that insider perspective to evaluating them on behalf of the government.
This is a high-visibility role on a significant national-defense program, based on Florida’s Emerald Coast — Destin-area beaches, no state income tax, and a close-knit defense community.

• Serve as the single point of coordination and intake for all proposals entering the program — track status, route to technical and contracting evaluators, and drive timelines to award

• Prepare and support price negotiation documentation (e.g., PNM inputs) and weighted-guidelines profit analysis
• Coordinate with DCAA, DCMA, technical evaluators, and contracting throughout source selection and negotiation
