<p>Job Title: Sr. Pricing Analyst<br>Location: REMOTE/DMV<br>Clearance: TS preferred<br>Position Overview<br>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Pricing Analyst to lead cost proposal development and pricing<br>activities in support of government contracting efforts. This role is primarily responsible for developing compliant,<br>competitive, and well-supported pricing for proposals.<br>In addition to core pricing responsibilities, this position may provide program control and financial analysis support, as<br>needed, to assist with program execution and financial visibility. The ideal candidate has strong pricing experience and is<br>comfortable stepping into program financial support when required.<br></p> <h3 data-section-id="z3xhqu" data-start="68" data-end="118">Pricing &amp; Proposal Development (Primary Focus)</h3> <ul data-start="119" data-end="806"> <li data-section-id="14c6iox" data-start="119" data-end="199">Lead development of cost proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and task orders.</li> <li data-section-id="dr69cx" data-start="200" data-end="275">Ensure pricing compliance with FAR, DFARS, and solicitation requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="ys30ev" data-start="276" data-end="415">Build, maintain, and document pricing models, including direct labor, subcontractor costs, Other Direct Costs (ODCs), and indirect rates.</li> <li data-section-id="1pje9hk" data-start="416" data-end="525">Develop and support Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation aligned with technical and management approaches.</li> <li data-section-id="xawl1b" data-start="526" data-end="597">Perform cost and price analyses, including subcontractor evaluations.</li> <li data-section-id="1isfd64" data-start="598" data-end="712">Collaborate with Business Development, Contracts, and Technical teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.</li> <li data-section-id="1f82ypn" data-start="713" data-end="806">Support cost volume preparation and audit readiness, including responses to DCAA inquiries.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1ycwx2a" data-start="808" data-end="847">Program Control Support (As Needed)</h3> <ul data-start="848" data-end="1285"> <li data-section-id="bivwbw" data-start="848" data-end="926">Assist Program Managers with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.</li> <li data-section-id="1vijk85" data-start="927" data-end="1027">Support development of Estimates at Completion (EACs), burn rate analyses, and variance reporting.</li> <li data-section-id="569nny" data-start="1028" data-end="1124">Monitor program financial performance, including labor utilization and subcontractor spending.</li> <li data-section-id="uo68e3" data-start="1125" data-end="1208">Track funding, revenue, and costs to ensure alignment with contract requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="1jmrw1u" data-start="1209" data-end="1285">Contribute to monthly financial reporting and internal management reviews.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="8b3p4d" data-start="1287" data-end="1314">Required Qualifications</h3> <ul data-start="1315" data-end="1793"> <li data-section-id="sys1b" data-start="1315" data-end="1388">Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.</li> <li data-section-id="17bdz31" data-start="1389" data-end="1512">4–8+ years of experience in pricing, cost analysis, or related financial roles, preferably within government contracting.</li> <li data-section-id="11r4wq9" data-start="1513" data-end="1618">Strong understanding of government proposal pricing processes and regulations, including FAR and DFARS.</li> <li data-section-id="936tcm" data-start="1619" data-end="1698">Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.</li> <li data-section-id="1yunj77" data-start="1699" data-end="1793">Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="fktgjl" data-start="1795" data-end="1823">Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul data-start="1824" data-end="2310"> <li data-section-id="19aus0g" data-start="1824" data-end="1896">Direct experience developing pricing for federal government proposals.</li> <li data-section-id="jc5wuu" data-start="1897" data-end="2000">Familiarity with cost-type, Time-and-Materials (T&amp;M), and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract structures.</li> <li data-section-id="ed0syh" data-start="2001" data-end="2105">Exposure to program controls, financial reporting, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts.</li> <li data-section-id="ob0f8t" data-start="2106" data-end="2192">Experience with Unanet or similar project accounting and financial management tools.</li> <li data-section-id="qadsw2" data-start="2193" data-end="2310">Understanding of indirect rate structures, including fringe, overhead, and General &amp;
