We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager who will be responsible for developing, managing, and controlling commercial pricing strategies across all flight support services, including aviation fuel, ground handling, catering, hotel accommodation, transportation, permits, and other aviation-related products. The role is critical in ensuring competitive, profitable, and timely pricing while supporting business growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.
This role will require working closely with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Business Development teams to optimize supplier costs, enhance margins, improve quotation turnaround times, and drive revenue growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain pricing strategies for all flight support services.
· Prepare, review, and approve quotations for aviation fuel, ground handling, permits, catering, hotels, transportation, and other flight support services.
· Ensure pricing consistency across all customer segments, contracts, and regions.
· Monitor profitability and margins on all services and recommend corrective actions when required.
· Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to maintain commercial competitiveness.
· Establish pricing policies, procedures, and approval matrices
· Develop pricing strategies to maximize fuel sales volumes and profitability.
· Identify opportunities for volume-based agreements and strategic fuel partnerships.
· Support commercial negotiations with fuel suppliers and customers.
· Ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations, RFQs, and tender responses.
· Improve quotation turnaround times and service-level performance.
· Provide commercial analysis and pricing recommendations for strategic accounts.
· Assist and support the Procurement Department in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations.
· Ensure procurement activities align with commercial objectives and margin targets.
· Participate in contract negotiations and renewal discussions.
· Implement systems and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce pricing errors.
· Maintain pricing databases, supplier cost records, and commercial documentation.
Skills and Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
· Professional qualifications in procurement, finance, or aviation management are advantageous.
· Minimum 7–10 years of experience in aviation services, flight support, fuel sales, pricing, procurement, or commercial management.
· Strong understanding of business aviation and flight support services.
· Experience working with aviation fuel suppliers, ground handlers, and international service providers.
· Strong commercial and financial acumen.
· Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
· Strong attention to detail and pricing accuracy.
· Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive commercial outcomes.
