- Regularly monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and SEN staff to ensure aligned support and progress tracking
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education, ideally within an SEN-focused environment
- A creative, adaptable approach to teaching, with a commitment to designing lessons that engage students of varying abilities and learning styles
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling you to work effectively with support staff, parents, and other educators to meet student needs
- An empathetic, patient approach to supporting students with diverse challenges, and a passion for creating a safe, inclusive learning space
- A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
