Role Highlights

Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with primary teaching experience, specifically in Key Stage 1; exposure to or experience in SEN settings is highly beneficial
  • Compassionate and adaptable teaching style, with a commitment to creating an inclusive environment that values each student's unique strengths and encourages self-confidence
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork with SEN professionals, support staff, and parents to ensure a consistent, cohesive approach to student support
  • Dedication to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varied needs of KS1 students, encouraging positive developmental outcomes
  • Current Enhanced DBS check required to maintain a safe and secure learning environment for all students
