Key Responsibilities
- Providing estate planning, trust administration and private client legal services
- Advising high net worth clients, families and business owners
- Managing and expanding a book of client relationships
- Coordinating with internal tax, investment and planning professionals
- Supporting the integration of acquired agencies or books of business
- Ensuring compliance with legal, ethical and fiduciary requirements
- Building long-term relationships rooted in planning, generational strategy and client care
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of seven to ten years of experience in trust and estate law, private client advisory or related fields
- A portable client book of approximately ten million dollars or more in client assets or equivalent relationship value
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage long-term client relationships
- Experience supporting high net worth individuals, families, or business owners
- A planning focused, client centric mindset
- An interest in joining a firm that is actively acquiring smaller books and practices and integrating them into a cohesive platform
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
