Pay: $80,000 – 85,000

 

Schedule:

·       Full time  

·       Hours / Days-M-F 8:30-5 (may need to work evenings on occasion as needed)

·       Weekends? As needed

·       How many hours expected to work per week: 40 - 50

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee and support a team of clinicians while ensuring the delivery of Private Duty Nursing (PDN) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a Colorado RN license in good standing.
  • Preferably have at least two years of home health management experience.
  • Provide oversight and support to case managers, clinicians, and clients while monitoring pediatric and adult patient care.
  • Coordinate care, assess patient needs, and ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated regularly.
  • Monitor and review PAR documents and deadlines.
  • Provide coverage for supervisors and case managers as needed.
  • Administer TB skin tests.
  • Perform tasks as delegated by the ADON/DON.
  • Maintain and manage patient caseloads.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit strong professional written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Colorado.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a minimum of two in-office days per week (preferably Monday and Friday).
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A team player with the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to patient homes as needed, including assisting with some visits.
