2026 Private Equity Associate

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Equity Associates to join our team and support our private equity investment activities. 

You will be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting the transaction execution process. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and have a strong understanding of finance and investment principles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and industry research on potential investment opportunities and existing portfolio companies.
• Analyze financial statements, valuation models, and other investment metrics to evaluate the attractiveness of potential investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials to support investment recommendations.
• Participate in due diligence efforts, including reviewing legal documents, conducting financial analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio companies and perform periodic valuations and analysis.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of finance and investment principles, including financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
