Private Wealth Service Officer

Role Summary:

The Private Wealth Solutions Service Officer is responsible for delivering seamless operational and client servicing support to Private Wealth clients and Relationship Managers. The role ensures accurate trade execution, efficient onboarding, and timely resolution of client concerns while supporting business growth and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence and compliance.

What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for:

• Deliver Seamless Client Servicing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of client instructions, account onboarding, and service requests to strengthen client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Support Business Growth Objectives: Contribute to AUM, net flow, and revenue growth by enabling Relationship Managers through reliable operational support, account referrals, and responsive client coordination.
• Maintain Compliance & Operational Excellence: Uphold regulatory and internal standards by ensuring complete documentation, resolving client concerns efficiently, and supporting reporting requirements with accuracy and integrity.

What We’re Looking For in a Successful Candidate: 

• Strong Client Service & Communication Skills: Builds trust with clients and internal stakeholders through professionalism, responsiveness, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Financial Services Knowledge: Possesses a background in banking, wealth management, or financial services, with familiarity in private banking or investment products considered an advantage.
• Integrity & Digital Proficiency: Demonstrates strong ethics, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently using productivity and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office and related business applications.
