The PRN Therapist will also be expected to work PHP hours which include: Monday-Friday from 8:30-4.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in; line-height: 12pt; font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: #202124;">As a Primary Therapist at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform. The Primary Therapists Conducts individual, family, and group therapy (adults, children and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress and eating disorders. Our Primary Therapists develop each patient’s individualized treatment plan and work with interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan.</p> <p style="margin: 0in; line-height: 12pt; font-family: Arial; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 12pt; color: #202124;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;">Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load:</span></li> <ul style="margin-top: 0in; font-size: 9.0pt; color: #202124;">• Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy</p> <p style="margin: 0in; margin-left: .375in;
