Process Lead

 

We are looking for a Process Lead, who will be responsible for continuous improvement in production by analyzing manufacturing processes and finding solutions with the on-site experts. You will also monitor the production-relevant key figures for your area and make a significant contribution to the further development of the culture.

 

Position:

 

As the Process Lead, you will:

 

  • Analyze manufacturing processes using large data pools and build reports and analyses to identify improvement opportunities
  • Identify root causes of recurring losses and develop problem-solving strategies and standards to eliminate them permanently and increase long-term efficiency
  • Act as a change agent by adopting the IWS outlook and communicating regularly with collaborators to support cultural change toward greater autonomy and flatter hierarchies
  • Support and mentor production cells in problem-solving on machines and plants, including IPS, UPS, SWP, and data analysis using appropriate tools (including RTT Accelerator tools)
  • Support the cell structure team in developing quarterly plans and achieving performance targets

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG production environments or production lines, with strong exposure to data analysis and evaluation tools
  • Deep knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (KAIZEN, TPM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) and process optimization
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage
  • Detailed way of working, strong communication skills, collaborative approach, and ability to work independently
  • Good English
