<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>As a Process Associate in the Sales Operations team, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sales transactions, ensuring that our international sales teams (US/UK) have the operational support needed to close deals efficiently while maintaining perfect data integrity and financial compliance.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Order-to-Cash Management:</strong> Process customer contracts, sales orders, and invoices according to established global sales operations procedures.</li>
<li><strong>CRM Integrity:</strong> Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and deal information within the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring a "single source of truth" for the sales pipeline.</li>
<li><strong>Discrepancy Resolution:</strong> Proactively research and resolve billing or contract discrepancies between the sales team and the customer.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Support:</strong> Respond to inquiries from the global sales team regarding deal status, payment verification, and billing issues with professional urgency.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Reconciliation:</strong> Reconcile monthly sales reports and accounts receivable data to ensure all closed-won deals are correctly billed and collected.</li>
<li><strong>Compliance & Policy:</strong> Ensure all sales activities adhere to company collection policies and revenue recognition standards.</li>
<li><strong>Reporting:</strong> Assist in the preparation of month-end sales performance reports and closing procedures.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> <strong>4–5 years of professional experience</strong> in Sales Operations, Accounts Receivable, or a Quote-to-Cash function.</li>
<li><strong>Offshore Expertise:</strong> Proven track record supporting <strong>US, UK, or other international sales territories</strong>, including an understanding of offshore billing and time-zone coordination.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> * Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and basic accounting principles.
<ul>
<li>Proficient in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong> (Advanced Excel is mandatory for data tracking).</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>CRM platforms</strong> and an understanding of <strong>MDM solutions</strong> (a significant plus).</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.</li>
<li><strong>Communication:</strong> Superior interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between Sales, Finance, and the end customer.</li>
