Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports &amp; entertainment partners, we are building the global leader in next-generation collectibles. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Position Summary:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The&nbsp;<strong>Process Engineer</strong>&nbsp;will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes that increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing new processes, improving existing systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on problem-solving, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams across production, quality, and maintenance.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ol> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead the 5S Program and Support the Lean Implementation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop projects that solve opportunities shown on KPI with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to develop and implement strategies for process optimization and waste reduction.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Share best practices, Lean tools, and techniques with team members and other departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to reduce waste and increase throughput. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), PFMEAs, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality systems, and safety regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Train production and maintenance staff on new processes, procedures, and equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support capital projects involving equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.</span></li> </ol> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong></span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><u>Education/Experience:</u></span></h3> <ol> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3-5 years of work experience in manufacturing</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2 years at least of production supervisor or Industrial Engineering</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Global 8D Problem-Solving Methodology</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to present ideas to a diverse audience from hourly workforce to executive leadership.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, to develop and interpret KPIs and performance metrics.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to lead teams &amp; manage cross-functional projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems.</span></li> </ol> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>OTHER FUNCTIONS</strong></span></p> <ol> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with special projects or initiatives that may arise, which could include process audits, performance reviews, or strategic planning activities.
