<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Responsible for process support, process verification and optimization and promotion of process problems in the design and development phase of PACK project</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for preparing product process documents (PFMEA, process flow chart, control plan, WI, etc.), proficient in PACK production process and key process control points</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provided technical support for production, formulated standard operation instructions for each process, and solved technical problems in the production process</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>In-depth technical exchanges on the production site, providing guidance for key parts and processes</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s degree, major in mechatronics, electronics, electrical, process design</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>At least 2 years working experience in PACK assembly or lithium battery industry</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Good at analyzing and solving problems, have good communication and coordination skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficient in Office, AUTOCAD and other software</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Have a certain ability to work under pressure, have a strong sense of team spirit and cooperation</p>
</li>
