Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Set the standard for building efficient, customer friendly and compliant processes within Operations to maintain integrity of Trade Republic’s products and operations</li> <li>Advise on process improvements by systematically analyzing inefficiencies, bottlenecks and other areas for improvements</li> <li>Investigate cases for suspicious activity and report relevant behaviour to authorities</li> <li>Advise colleagues on AML/AFC/CTF matters</li> <li>Respond to enquiries from authorities or ad-hoc requests from our Compliance team</li> <li>Analyse effectiveness and efficiency of our processes and drive their continuous advancement in enhancement initiatives and in strategic projects</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<br></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Professional background with relevant experience in the field of anti-financial crime, risk and/or compliance</li> <li>Outstanding analytical skills with SQL knowledge</li> <li>Able to perform well under pressure, handle several different projects and responsibilities simultaneously with ease</li> <li>Fluent in English, German is a plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW</strong></h3> <p><br>Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
